At Tini Togs, we want you to love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned at the customer’s expense
  • If your product has been worn we do not accept any returns. 

📦 Items must be returned to the fulfilment location they were shipped from (Texas or Melbourne). We’ll confirm the correct return address once you email us.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
    •    Swimwear that has been worn 
    •    FINAL SALE 
    •    Items returned outside the 30-day window

No returns, exchanges or refunds on FINAL SALE ITEMS, WAREHOUSE SALE ITEMS, FREE PRODUCTS or GIFTED ITEMS. 
AFTERPAY sales are deemed as final sale product and we do not accept returns.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear. If you have used a discount code - the amount paid will be refunded back. 

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

♻️ Exchanges

We do offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item and we will replace your product. If you need this ASAP we recommend placing a new order and issuing and return/refund.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If items are damaged from 'wear and tear' we do not refund or replace the product. Tini Togs recognises the importance of sustainability. 

Please be mindful that swimwear will fade overtime. With any product being exposed chemically treated water this will fade the overall colour. This is not something in our control and does not deem this faulty. However, if your swimwear fades after one wear or one wash please contact us.

⚖️ Consumer Protection & Compliance

Tini Togs complies with U.S. and Australian consumer law, including:
    •    The FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule (U.S.)
    •    The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for AU customers

If a product is defective, not as described, or undelivered within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you may be entitled to a full refund under these laws.
