Tini Togs ships from two locations:
🇺🇸 Texas, USA for U.S. customers
🇦🇺 Melbourne, Australia for Australian customers

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of purchase. During promotional periods or product launches, dispatch may take up to 10 business days.

📍 Fulfilment Locations

Orders are shipped from the location closest to you based on inventory availability:
    •    U.S. orders are fulfilled from Texas
    •    Australian and international orders are fulfilled from Melbourne

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately if stock is split between locations.

United States
    •    Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.95 flat rate
    •    Free shipping on orders over $90
    •    Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $14.95 flat rate

Australia
    •    Standard Shipping (5–12 business days)
    •    Express Shipping (2–6 business days)
    •    Free shipping on orders over $90

Please note: Delays due to public holidays, weather, or customs are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.

🔁 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, email smile@tinitogs.com with the subject line CANCEL and include your order number. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
